Irish Night is quickly approaching! Next weekend we’ll be eating Irish Stew, listening to the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick Glee Club, being entertained by our talented teens (including a McGing dancer) and of course bidding on fabulous items! Most importantly, we will be renewing friendships and making new ones while helping in the effort to bring peace to Northern Ireland. Be sure to mark you calendar for July 16th from 6:00-10:00 at St. James Church in White Oak. Also, please print as many copies as you like of the flyer below (pdf file) and place it around town. The more people attend, the better this fund raiser will be.
How can you help?
1. Come and enjoy the evening with us!
2. Make a pot of Irish stew to share with our guests. (We need 10 more volunteers.)
3. Volunteer to help serve dinner, serve drinks, sell raffle tickets, monitor bid tables, collect winning bid $, and much more! (We need a total of 12-15 people)
4. Solicit a donation(s) or donate yourself. Think creatively–do you have something you received as a gift or purchased and cannot return? Now is the perfect time to re-gift; we can never have enough!
Please contact us and let us know that you can help make this the most successful Irish Night yet!
Thank you,
